Job summary

KEYENCE CANADA Inc. is seeking a technically skilled professional to support pre-sales validation and post-sales implementation activities at a highly technical level. You will perform testing to identify hardware/software solutions, troubleshoot complex cases, and develop training materials for the sales force.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and/or 1+ year of experience in industrial automation or quality control preferred.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset for this role.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to enter activity information into the CRM and database.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks for timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote or on-site technical support to sales team and customers.
• Log all customer and sales interactions in CRM and resolve cases promptly.
• Conduct testing on customer samples to determine appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with HQ in Japan for research and new product releases.
• Produce training material and conduct training on products and applications.
