Job summary

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency helping mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS clients drive pipeline. The Associate AEO Program Director leads a 2–4 person team on a book up to $1.5M, splits time between strategy and hands-on delivery, and oversees day-to-day planning and client work.

You will own delivery plans, coach the team, estimate efforts, and manage client sessions while reporting to leadership. This role is full-time and remote, with target Canada/USA locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agency strategy or client services with some leadership experience.
• Deep skill in at least one channel (SEO, GEO, paid media, Reddit, YouTube).
• Experience running several client programs simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of how AI search is changing B2B buyer discovery.

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery plan for each client and ensure timelines.
• Contribute hands-on on key clients about half the time.
• Lead day-to-day team priorities, coaching and review of work.
• Create effort estimates for new or changed scope.

Associate AEO Program Director (Associate Delivery Director)

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency that drives pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. We help our clients generate pipeline through content engineered to distribute across LLMs, search, social, communities like Reddit, and every channel their buyers actually use.

Mission of the Role

You lead a smaller team: 2–4 people delivering for a book of up to $1.5M, or a specialist team such as Paid or Video. You spend about half your time doing the strategy or channel work yourself and the rest leading the team: the plan, the people and the client’s day-to-day.

This is the role AEO Program Directors grow from.

On our enterprise accounts, AEO Program Directors lead the dedicated team that delivers the work: the plan, the people and the quality. AEO Marketing Directors own the client relationship, the strategic roadmap and the account’s growth. You’re client-facing every week, and the key relationship, renewals and expansions sit with the AEO Marketing Director.

Reports to: a Group AEO Marketing Director or Client Services leadership. Team: 2–4 direct reports.

What you'll own

• The delivery plan for each client on your team, and hitting its dates.
• Hands-on work on your most important clients, about half your time.
• Your team's day-to-day: priorities, coaching and first review of their work.
• Effort estimates for new and changed scope.
• The client's working team: status calls and working sessions.

What you bring

• 5+ years in agency strategy, channel delivery or client services, with some experience leading people or projects.
• Deep skill in at least one channel, such as SEO and GEO, paid media, Reddit or YouTube.
• Experience running several client programs at once.
• Working knowledge of how AI search is changing B2B buyer discovery.
• Full-time (Monday to Friday, ~40 hours/week), Full Remote
• Target Location: Canada, USA
• Compensation: Base salary $88k–$110k depending on experience and location
• Variable compensation: Target 10% of base, paid quarterly on team margin, client retention and delivery quality. Where you land in the range depends on experience. US ranges may be adjusted for cost of labor in your state. Benefits are on top of base.
