SSENSE is seeking an Associate Accounting Analyst to join our accounting team. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will be at the core of our financial operations and will have a direct impact on our success.

Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile multi-currency payment processors: Manage transactions in different currencies from payment processors and ensure accuracy.
2. Participate in the recording and reconciliation of transactions: Handle sales, returns, credit notes, inventory movements, and expense account data to ensure proper recording.
3. Process accounting entries: Responsible for processing entries accurately and efficiently.
4. Support month-end and audit processes: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, assist in month-end closing, and participate in audits.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement: Help evolve systems and processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• Knowledge of accounting software like SAP is a plus.
