Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.

• Familiar with IFRS and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly close activities for statutory and management general ledgers.
• Record intercompany transactions and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare routine journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with VAT/sales tax filings and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with brand owners and cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is $55,400.00 to $69,300.00 CAD. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

What You'll Do

• Support monthly close activities for statutory and management general ledgers.
• Complete intercompany and balance sheet account reconciliations and participate in the global intercompany reconciliation process.
• Record daily accounting transactions, including intercompany billings, purchases, and inventory activity.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and reporting requirements for business partners and brand owners.
• Support the preparation of Pernod Ricard reporting packages.
• Manage purchase order generation through both automated and manual processes.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare routine journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform inventory reconciliations across multiple locations.
• Support monthly VAT and sales tax filings and remittances for multiple entities.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, process improvements, and special assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of accounting processes, internal controls, and IFRS principles.
