Job description

Are you actively looking for a new opportunity? Or just checking the market? Well… you might just be in the right place!

We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our retail sales team in North America. You will manage a portfolio of retail customers, aiming to retain them, reduce churn, upsell additional modules, and ensure timely subscription renewals. Additionally, you will upgrade qualifying customers to more advanced software platforms where applicable.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Serving as the main point of contact for your customers
  2. Demonstrating software solutions, from core POS products to modules and upgrades
  3. Building trusted advisor relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
  4. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to grow your book of business
  5. Guiding customers through their upgrade paths from basic to advanced platforms
  6. Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to identify at-risk accounts and prevent churn
  7. Tracking key metrics related to your book of business

Qualifications and qualities you bring:

  • Experience in solution-based consultative sales within a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and other CRM tools
  • A positive, high-performance mindset
  • Professional communication skills, including engaging with executives
  • Openness to feedback and continuous learning
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation to succeed

Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Experience in a retail environment
  • Fluency in French
