What’s The Job

The Associate Account Manager is the primary point of contact and customer interface for the Account Manager and TFS business partners. The role facilitates processing of customer financing transactions and assists in providing equipment financing solutions across North America. The role involves customer-facing duties with external customers and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Receive, organize, and prepare transactions accurately within timelines
  2. Assist in processing lease / loan applications and ensuring all information is collected
  3. Complete credit submission packages and monitor application progress
  4. Facilitate document collection, audit, funding, and communicate with customers
  5. Respond to inquiries, negotiate approval terms, and assist in selling ancillary products
  6. Update CRM and liaise with TFS partners
