A growing technology company is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support and expand their existing customer base. This role involves managing customer accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer success, particularly in SaaS environments. The position offers a competitive salary range of $90-110k USD along with various benefits.
As an Associate Account Manager at Datarails, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing our existing customer base. Working closely with senior Account Managers and Customer Success, you’ll help ensure customers see continued value from the Datarails platform while identifying opportunities for expansion through upsells and cross-sells. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their SaaS sales career who’s eager to build strong customer relationships, learn from experienced peers, and develop into a full Account Manager role.
