RBC Dominion Securities Winnipeg branch is seeking an Associate to join our team. You will manage daily trading operations, generate trade lists, and assist with portfolio rebalancing, while supporting clients with a high level of service.

You will liaise with internal specialists to coordinate wealth planning and ensure accurate reporting. A strong focus on attention to detail and organizational excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
• Post-secondary education (college or university).
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant experience in the financial services industry.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Run portfolio reports, including capital gains/loss reports for tax planning.
• Execute and follow up on client trades to ensure settlement and reporting.
• Provide a professional, personable client experience over the phone.
• Coordinate wealth planning services and liaise with internal specialists.
• Liaise with clients, team members, and partners to complete requests.

The RBC Dominion Securities Winnipeg branch is looking for a resourceful, efficient and collaborative individual to join our team as an Associate.

What will you do?

• Manage daily trading operations, including the accurate and timely execution of trades as directed by the Advisor.
• Generate and manage model portfolio trade lists and assist with the quarterly/annual portfolio rebalancing process.
• Run various portfolio management reports, including capital gains/loss reports for tax planning and review purposes.
• Execute and follow up on all client trades to ensure proper settlement, delivery, and reporting.
• Support and serve clients, providing a professional and highly personable experience on the phone.
• Coordinate wealth planning services & liaise with internal specialists
• Liaise with clients, team members, and business partners to find solutions and see requests through to completion.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE
