Position :

As an Associate, you will partner with a Senior Financial Advisor and their team, providing a full range of financial products and services for clients.

This challenging role is ideal for someone passionate about financial planning who wants to retain their existing clients while helping the practice grow. You will have opportunities to develop within the team and potentially take on greater responsibilities, including leading others and managing top client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Leveraging existing client base and developing Centres of Influence to uncover high-net-worth referral opportunities
  • Designing and implementing business development strategies to grow the current client base
  • Identifying additional opportunities to serve current clients
  • Gathering data from clients to prepare plans and proposals
  • Jointly meeting with clients alongside the Senior Financial Consultant
  • Building relationships with clients independently or with the Senior Financial Consultant
  • Generating new business opportunities through existing relationships and Centers of Influence

To qualify for this opportunity, you should possess :

  • A Mutual Fund or Securities (RR) license and LLQP certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer service orientation with professional interaction skills both on the phone and face-to-face

  • Self-confidence, high integrity, and coachability
  • A track record of helping clients achieve positive outcomes and attracting referrals and new business
  • A desire to work in a dynamic practice where team members wear multiple hats
