What is the opportunity?

You will participate in growing the business by providing exceptional and efficient service, managing administrative duties related to client accounts, and responding to client inquiries.

What will you do?

  • Serve incoming telephone and email contacts from clients, advisors, and other partners professionally and promptly.
  • Support Investment Advisors with administrative duties in managing client accounts.
  • Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations.
  • Gather information and documentation from clients to open accounts and maintain up-to-date files.
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Fluent in French
