RBC Dominion Securities Inc. in Oakville, ON is seeking an Associate to support an Investment Advisor by delivering exceptional service to clients and helping grow the business.

You will input client orders, meet and greet prospects, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships using a CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in the Investment field as Assistant/Associate.
• Must hold Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).
• Strong skills with business applications/technology, including MS Office.
• High quality time management and organization skills.
• Demonstrated client service skills—professional, warm and friendly.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

The RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in Oakville, ON is looking for an Associate to join the team in maintaining, developing and growing an Investment Advisor's business by providing clients exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner.

What you will do

• Input and follow-up on client orders as directed by IA’s
• Meet and greet prospects and clients
• Investigate and follow-up on all client inquiries
• Utilize contact management system for all necessary follow up
• Investigate and resolve inquiries and complaints related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriate
• Follow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery
• Maintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reports

What do you need to succeed? Must-have

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the Investment field working as an Assistant/Associate
