We are looking for a strong java developer to join RIM team and help deliver key initiatives. The applicant should be a solid Java programmer, with strong design and implementation fundamentals. Prior experience in finance or legal operations will be useful, however, the ability and willingness to quickly master new technical and business concepts will be considered. The applicant will be working with an energetic team of highly intellectual and creative developers who work on bleeding edge projects using a variety of different technologies.

Skills Required:

- 6 to 10 years of hands on experience on Java/J2EE. Should be able to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.

- Strong Object-Oriented Programming and Design Pattern concepts with practical experiencing of leveraging the same during development

- Spring Boot, Spring REST, ORM, JSON, Multithreading

- Strong experience with SQL Database development (queries and table design)

- Linux, Unix, Shell Scripting, Docker, Kubernetes or other similar environments

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate should be able to design and then implement solutions.

- Team player with strong attitude and work ethics.

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate is expected to work with global teams and hence should be clear in both verbal and written communication.

- Write unit tests that exercise all major logic components of the code.

Skill Desired:

- Angular 2+

- React

- Strong Database skills including PL/SQL and query tuning.

- Spring/Hibernate

- Experience with Jenkins, CI, Sonar and

- Test automation tools like Cucumber or Selenium

- Layered Architecture, Component based Architecture

- XML-based technologies

- Unix OS, Scripting, Python or Perl

- Experience in development on other application types (Web applications, batch, or streaming)
