Support customer training and education programs related to Medtronic products and technology. Assist in implementing policies and procedures, and participate in clinical and operational decision-making for the organizational unit. Train investigators and customers on proper use of Medtronic products and technology.
A Day in the Life
- Conduct on-site education and consulting.
- Support field personnel to ensure optimal outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
- Collaborate with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans within one or more business units.
- Participate in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
- Work closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to support customer cases and sales.
- Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Teams.
- Serve as a technical resource for specific medical products or solutions.
- Report complaints and adverse drug reactions (ADR).
- Lead and manage training and education activities, including curriculum planning, communication, device skills development, and educational support.
- Develop and implement education programs to enhance user competencies.
- Build relationships with strategic partners, training centers, and opinion leaders.
- Provide training for new employees on products, technology, and materials.
- Assist in developing marketing and sales objectives and programs.
- Plan and coordinate educational workshops, events, and activities, maintaining contact with customers to assess their needs.
- Coordinate with other departments on company priorities, new product development, and customer satisfaction.
- Document all clinical support and education activities for reporting.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with RSM & SPM.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare or engineering, or
- Minimum 2 years with an Associate degree, or
- No minimum experience with a bachelor's degree.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Nursing Education.
- At least 2 years experience in healthcare sales or marketing.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems at various levels.

Additional Information
- Base salary range: 62K - 93K.
- Location: Montreal, with potential coverage across Quebec.
