Responsibilities
  • Supervise or execute monthly financial tasks, including payroll, vehicle contract accounting, bank reconciliations, inventory financing, and accounts payable.
  • Meet all reporting and reconciliation deadlines as required by head office and dealership management.
  • Lead, coach, and train the dealership's accounting staff.
  • Assist with analyses and requests from the Controller.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in accounting or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive dealership accounting.
  • Experience in supervisory roles is required.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of systems like CDK, ADP, Tableau is an asset.
