Job description

Ironworks Radiators is in search of a dynamic individual who can operate as a Director’s Assistant, as well as Business Development Lead. This position requires someone interested in being part of a small but mighty team in a growing company. Self-organization will be integral.

Qualified individuals need to have the following :

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Skilled in the operation of Mac OS
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation
  • Ability to work in a team environment or individually, in the office or on job sites
  • Extremely organized and self-motivated
  • Post-secondary education preferred

As Director’s Assistant, the candidate would be responsible for :

  • Running errands, both professional and personal
  • Managing the Director’s schedule
  • Brainstorming with the team
  • Booking travel and accommodations

As Business Development Lead, responsibilities include :

  • Capturing strategic social content, in-house and on location, to be provided to our Creative Director, with notes and planning
  • Daily review of company socials; engaging with other professionals
  • Strategic outreach with industry professionals and follow-up
  • Further development of existing SEO on the company website
  • Collaborative work on blog articles

This position will start as part-time (3 days per week), leading to full-time. Some flexibility with work days and times. A comprehensive benefits package is available after 25 hours per week. Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.
