Assistant to Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team with vehicle inventory documentation and dealer trades as required.
• Stock vehicles into the system, maintain reconditioning and inventory lists, and pricing charts.
• Generate daily reports for management.
• Audit all vehicles advertised on Auto Trader.
• Keep track of all vehicles sold on a daily basis.
• Communicate and schedule appointments with product advisors and third-party vendors.
• Perform appraisals on vehicles.
• Other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• College Diploma or University Degree.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional quality.

Pay rate: $22.95/hour
