We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as the Assistant to the Executive Director - Community Services and Facilities. About The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the Executive Director's schedule and diary management, ensuring all appointments and meetings are seamlessly coordinated.
  • Timely preparation of investigation and report writing on a variety of topics.
  • Coordinate document preparation, management meetings, variety of projects, planning days and events.
  • Manage effective working relationships and engagement across a diverse group, wider organisation and be at core of making a difference for community.
  • Digitally adept and a willingness to quickly learn new systems and tools.

This is a great opportunity to learn about leadership, management and strategic planning in a real-world setting.

About You

In this role you will demonstrate strengths in applying initiative, working collaboratively in a team environment and being able to predict what the Executive Director needs quickly and adapt.

  • Proven administration, diary management, project management and report writing experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for positive relationship management and public service.

  • Work confidently across different digital systems, tools and Microsoft Office.
