Spirit of Math seeks a Level 3 Assistant Teacher to join our Richmond Hill campus, assisting the Primary Teacher and leading activities to support student growth.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, eligibility for employment, completion of FTM 1 and FTM 2, and a commitment to regular weekly shifts with professional classroom conduct. A background check is required.
The Level 3 Assistant Teacher is an adult instructional support role that supports classroom instruction more actively than an Assistant Teacher and is qualified to independently teach (as a substitute teacher if the need arises) as they are certified through FTM 2. This role is designed as a developmental pathway to becoming a Primary Teacher with classroom exposure and performance-based progression.
