Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center (1 year preferred).
  3. Prior experience with the assigned age group.
  4. Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
  5. Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.
  6. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
  7. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
