The successful candidate must be flexible to work the day shift as required to provide supervisory coverage during vacations and other absences. During the onboarding period, the successful candidate will spend several weeks to a couple of months on the day shift to complete training and gain a thorough understanding of the operation.

Position Summary: The Assistant Supervisor, Production, is responsible for communicating day-to-day direction to the department employees, and for providing coverage when required for the Supervisors.
