Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support highway maintenance and construction operations across Alberta and British Columbia. This role is ideal for a seasoned field professional ready to take on greater leadership responsibility and coordinate crews and subcontractors on multiple projects.

You’ll travel extensively, staying at project locations across Alberta and British Columbia, and work closely with Superintendents to ensure on-time, high-quality, and safe execution of work.

• Strong understanding of safety standards and quality control.

You’ll work closely with Superintendents and Supervisors to coordinate crews and subcontractors, manage schedules and productivity, and ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards.

This role requires significant travel and extended stays at project locations across Alberta and British Columbia.
