Rumble Boxing is a high-energy, music-driven boxing experience built on strength, conditioning, community, and culture.
We are looking for a sales-driven Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Vancouver studio. You will be the Studio Manager’s right hand and a visible leader on the floor, with clear ownership of membership sales, team execution, and the member experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, understands sales, and wants to grow into broader studio management.
You will turn first-time visitors into long-term members, coach the Front of House team to perform at a high level, and help keep the studio organized, energetic, and commercially strong.
You will work directly with the Studio Manager, receive exposure to the full studio business, and build practical experience in sales leadership, team development, operations, and local growth.
This is not a back-office role. You will be present with members and the team during key studio hours, leading by example and stepping into clearly defined areas of ownership.
In your first 30 days, you understand the Rumble sales process, member journey, team, and operating rhythm.
Within 60 days, you are confidently leading shifts, running consultations, maintaining the sales pipeline, and coaching the Front of House team.
Within 90 days, the studio has stronger follow-up, improving conversion and retention, consistent team execution, and a clear contribution from you toward monthly targets.
You are a natural connector who enjoys turning conversations into relationships and relationships into results. You bring energy without losing professionalism, take ownership without waiting to be asked, and want a leadership opportunity where your work has a visible impact.
You will gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, team leadership, and studio performance, with a clear path toward Studio Manager for someone who consistently develops people and delivers results.
$50,000 per year base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to studio sales and key performance targets.
If you are ready to lead from the floor, grow a high-energy fitness business, and build the next stage of your management career, we want to meet you.
