Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries and walk-ins into memberships, class packs, and bookings.
• Confidently explain products, services, and pricing and recommend options for clients.
• Deliver friendly, professional service that keeps customers coming back.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients to drive sales and retention.
• Handle customer questions and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Manage check-ins, bookings, phone calls, emails, payments, and daily client requests.
• Keep the front desk organized, efficient, and ready for busy periods.
• Follow procedures for opening, closing, cash handling, and daily tasks.
• Keep spaces clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle multiple priorities without losing focus or service standards.

WE'RE HIRING: ASSISTANT FRONT DESK MANAGER

We're looking for an Assistant Front Desk Manager to support the day-to-day front desk operations at Rumble Boxing and PRML Social on 17th Avenue. Both are busy, high-energy environments where customer experience, sales, and speed of execution matter.

This role is hands-on. You'll be checking clients in, answering questions, selling memberships and packages, handling bookings, solving problems, and keeping the front desk running smoothly — often with multiple things happening at once.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, works with urgency, and doesn't need to be told twice.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales & Customer Service

THE ENVIRONMENT

Rumble Boxing brings high-energy, music-driven boxing and strength training to the boutique fitness experience. PRML Social combines sauna, cold plunge, music, and community.

Both locations on 17th Avenue can get busy. This is an active, customer-facing role that requires energy, multitasking, and the ability to stay productive during peak periods.

Early mornings, evenings and weekends are part of the fitness and wellness business, so schedule flexibility is important.
