In your role as Assistant Studio Manager, you will create brand awareness, fuel the buzz, and drive traffic in your studio's community. As the Studio Manager's right hand, you will learn the ropes, get to know your members by name, step in when your manager steps out, balance each other's strengths, and set goals to surpass them.

Here is more of what the position entails :

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, also known as intros
• Working at our front desk, which includes answering phones and engaging with members
• Generating traffic and leads
• Giving studio tours
• Working closely with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up with prospective clients
• Handling members' concerns professionally and objectively to reach resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are clean and organized
