Role Overview: Assistant Studio Manager

You will create brand awareness, generate excitement, and drive traffic within your studio’s community. As the Studio Manager’s right hand, you will learn the ropes, connect with members, step in when needed, and help set and surpass goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Availability during evenings and weekends
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers (“intros”)
• Managing front desk duties, including answering phones and engaging with members
• Generating traffic and leads
• Providing studio tours
• Collaborating with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
• Selling memberships to support studio growth
• Following up with prospective clients
• Addressing members’ concerns professionally and objectively to resolve issues
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the studio
