Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee the team and ensure effective store operations, including service, brand integrity, store standards, training, and people performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Maximize store sales and KPIs to meet targets while achieving personal sales goals.
  • Motivate and inspire teams to high performance and exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on client relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with management and HQ partners.
  • Support performance evaluations, manage turnover, and develop action plans for the sales team.
  • Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain a customer-centric environment.
  • Proactively engage clients using CRM and grow the clientele database.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier candidates to represent Mackage as brand ambassadors.
  • Manage operational tasks related to reports, payroll, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure store policies are followed and communicated clearly.
  • Maintain organization and standards of the store front and back of house.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns effectively.

What you’ll need:

  • At least five (5) years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a minimum of two (2) years in management.
  • Exceptional selling and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Personable, dynamic, with solid business acumen.
  • Results-driven and adaptable mindset.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
