What You’ll Do

• Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, merchandising, operations, and loss prevention.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent, fostering a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Communicate and implement strategies for projects, targets, and initiatives. Contribute to succession planning.
• Achieve sales, expense, and customer service goals while improving store layout and efficiency.

About You

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and safety protocols.
