What You’ll Do:

• Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and key operations including merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent. Serve as a mentor and create a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives. Contribute to succession planning.
• Develop strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals. Improve store layout and operational efficiency.

About You:

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and safety protocols.
