Assistant Store Manager

As a Showcase Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. You will be accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviors on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution. Attention to detail in store operations and adherence to Showcase’s policies and procedures are essential.
