As an Assistant Store Manager, you will report to the Store Manager and support creating an inclusive team environment that fosters positive connections. Your goal will be to achieve store success by leading the team to meet objectives such as sales, profit, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, and work schedules will be key to your success.

What You Will Do:

  • Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
  • Provide store leadership by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment that encourages shopping.
  • Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance.
  • High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings.

Additional Information:

Salary: $42,000 - $48,000
