Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in big box or large format retail leadership (highly desirable)
  • Leadership experience with teams of up to 20 staff
  • Strong financial skills, understanding P&L, trends, forecasting
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience managing high stock volumes
  • Passion for outdoors (highly desirable)
  • First Aid certification or willingness to train (training provided)
