Job description

  • Location : Goffs, Nova Scotia, fully on-site
  • Salary : $45-$55,000 (depending on experience) + $1000 monthly target bonus
  • Hours : Shifts are anytime between 6 : 00AM to 12 : 00AM (7.5 hours a day), weekday and weekend shifts

Duties :

  • Coach & Lead : Train, mentor, and guide team members through regular feedback, performance connects, and coaching to ensure excellence in sales and service
  • Results : Support sales targets through daily floor leadership, individual performance management, and team motivation
  • Collaborate with Leadership : Partner with the Store Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop talent while building a positive, high-energy team culture
  • Own Operations : Oversee daily store functions including opening / closing procedures,

supply management, and execution of shift huddles

  • Enhance the Customer Experience : Resolve escalations, maintain service quality,

and ensure a seamless, customer-first approach

  • Manage Inventory : Oversee inventory levels, perform stock checks, and submit

requisitions to ensure adequate supply

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience
