Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support creating an inclusive team environment and strive for store success by achieving sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and schedules will be key to your success.

Day in the Life

1. Ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
2. Provide leadership by managing policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
3. Recruit, manage, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented, and fashion-conscious talent.
4. Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
5. Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Additional Information

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (may be higher depending on experience)
