About the Team :

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) will be a passionate Pandora enthusiast. As the ASM, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports the Store Manager and is key to our store’s success. You will spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working with the team to drive sales.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment, demonstrating results-oriented leadership.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach that captivates audiences.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems.
• Be at least 18 years old, with proof of identity and work eligibility.
• A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds.
