We are seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join our team as Assistant Store Managers. In this role, you will:

  1. Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals.

  3. Develop team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
  4. Participate in recruiting and selecting new team members.
  5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  6. Perform operational and strategic duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, scanners, and basic computer software.
  • Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule formats.
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
