Assistant Store Manager Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, maintaining high customer satisfaction, developing team skills, and recruiting new team members. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and perform operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements
