GARDENWORKS is British Columbia’s largest independently owned garden centre company with 10 locations across Vancouver’s lower mainland, Vancouver Island, and South Okanagan.

We are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to play an important role in our store’s leadership. This dynamic role will involve all aspects of mentoring and inspiring an experienced team, sharing our company vision, and working to financial and operational targets.

Job type: Full time / Salary $60,000 per year

  • Ability to identify top talent and assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • You believe in fostering a positive and respectful workplace - listening, looking for solutions and encouraging open communication among the team
  • Strength in Microsoft Office & in utilizing POS systems for sales reporting
  • You are organized and have exceptional time management skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays
  • This job requires extended periods of walking and standing, as well as the ability to lift 50lbs and work in various weather conditions.
