Job Summary

The ideal candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and enjoys solving problems. This role involves all phases of operation, including leasing storage & parking units, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Renting storage units
  • Preparing rental agreements

  • Ensuring reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
  • Completing a background check
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the company
