Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage is expanding and seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Store #0197 in Truro Heights, NS. You will oversee leasing, supervise a team, assist with maintenance, and coordinate tenant relations to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role offers CAD 18.50 per hour starting, plus a monthly bonus. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. No evenings and requires reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a team and oversee store operations.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent tenant relations and cash handling experience.

Job Summary

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and takes delight in finding great solutions for problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Starting at $18.50/hour + Bonus
