Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a future leader through Now Brewing – Future Leaders! This hands-on role develops your supervisory experience, coaching skills, and business acumen to build your store management career.

You will learn to grow a multi-million-dollar business, nurture talent, and inspire others as a dynamic brand ambassador. The program blends online learning, classroom training, and mentorship to prepare you for leadership in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 years retail / customer service management experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.
  • Minimum High School or GED.

We’d Love To Hear From People With


  • 2 years retail / customer service management experience

Requirements


  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.

  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.


Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is between $52,600 - $63,050 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact in addition to annual bean stock grants.
