Job summary

Starbucks Ottawa is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive financial success, and build a strong team that delivers the Starbucks experience through human connection. You will own daily performance, align operations with brand standards, and foster an inclusive, supportive culture for partners and customers alike.

You will grow sales, mentor partners, coach teams, and act as a brand ambassador in the community, ensuring exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and meaningful

Qualifications

  • 3 years retail / customer service management experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.
  • Strong leadership and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
  • Minimum High School or GED.

We’d Love To Hear From People With
  • 3 years retail / customer service management experience

Requirements
  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
  • Ability to work full time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
Compensation & Benefits

The typical hiring range for this role is between $61,000 - $80,875 CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact in addition to annual bean stock grants.
