Assistant Store Manager

As a Showcase Assistant Manager, you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with a focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates on the sales floor, setting expectations, and ensuring execution. Attention to detail in store operations and adherence to Showcase’s policies and procedures are essential.

We seek individuals who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling trending products. Your goal will be to maximize store sales by achieving and surpassing personal productivity targets while working in an energetic team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Providing high energy and passion, with expert product knowledge
• Creating a fun, interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Driving sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Achieving and maintaining sales goals and key metrics
• Supporting daily store tasks such as merchandising, price changes, and stock management

• Strong customer focus and engaging communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Punctuality and dependability
