Personal Selling:
  • You will serve as a role model, creating memorable shopping experiences and acting as the master party host of the boutique/selling floor.
  • You will maintain a personal sales goal, typically contributing around 20% of the store’s sales.
Master Coach
  • Observe and assist sales associates to enhance performance and sales.
  • Coach team members on KPIs, especially conversion rate and units per transaction.
  • Ensure team members utilize all selling tools effectively.
  • Develop team skills in wardrobing and styling clients.
  • Provide training on new hires and product knowledge.
Manager On Duty
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, aiming for customer satisfaction.
Visual Merchandising
  • Participate in VM activities following brand guidelines.
