Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager to meet sales and profit targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through service excellence.
• Develop and train team members through coaching and evaluation.
• Recruit and select new team members.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
