• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates, acting as a mentor.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets, coordinate loss prevention and store efficiency.
