Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Training to develop leadership skills and support store operations. You will lead teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the store's performance under a high-performing leadership group.

You will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare you to manage operations, coach staff, and deliver results in a dynamic retail environment as part of a strong leadership team.

In this role, you'll learn how to
