Summary :

Assist the Front Store Manager (FSM) in managing the store's human, physical, and financial resources, focusing on improving product flow from the backroom to the sales floor to achieve store objectives.

Responsibilities : Operations :

• Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience, drive traffic, and impact profitability.
• Work with the management team to ensure store standards are consistently met, including in the backroom.
• Assist in managing labor scheduling, leveraging Workforce Management (WFM) to maximize productivity.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels for effective store operation.

Human Resources :

• Comply with Human Resources standards.
• Assist in hiring processes for all departments except Pharmacy, in conjunction with the FSM.
• Maintain wage administration within company guidelines.
• Promote Blue Culture, engagement, and motivate staff through core values.

Qualifications :

• Strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in inventory management and controlling expenses.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
