Role Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Be the Host: Foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that aligns with our brand values, enhancing the sensory experience for customers through sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing.
  2. Prioritize Guest Experience: Offer personalized service and guide guests in choosing products based on their preferences.
  3. Embrace Feedback: Support an open communication culture by welcoming and learning from feedback.
  4. Drive Success: Collaborate with the Store Manager to conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service, and team performance.
  5. Foster Team Culture: Adapt management strategies to suit diverse communication styles and personalities within the team.
