Job summary

Swarovski Canada Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a multicultural retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and brand resonance. You will coach, onboard, and develop staff while supporting recruitment, performance, and daily store operations.

The role emphasizes driving sales, meeting monthly plans, and maintaining inventory and cash handling standards, with opportunities to grow into broader leadership roles across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
• Some leadership and coaching experience.
• A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others.
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency.
• Responsible and able to take ownership.
