Job Highlights

$22.84 - $27.41 per hour

Our Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence and profitability. This role is a key backup to the Store Manager, supporting daily operations and leading/coaching teammates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales, profitability, and key objectives
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and retain high-performing teams
  • Analyze sales trends and make strategic decisions
  • Manage payroll and schedules
  • Oversee merchandising and maintain brand standards
  • Monitor loss prevention and store audits
  • Support areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1 year of management experience in retail
  • Availability for 40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years leadership in retail

Role Purpose & Impact
